We’re a two-mom team who built Floral & Moments because we kept watching friends get quoted eye-watering prices for flowers that weren’t even grown near here — with zero explanation of where the money was going. We thought: we can do this better, and be honest about it the whole way through.
So that’s the business. We do weddings, but we also do corporate events, birthdays, showers, retirements, celebrations of life — anywhere flowers belong. We source Ontario-grown blooms whenever they’re in season, we tell you exactly what you’re paying for, and we never pressure you into a package that doesn’t fit your event. We’re doing this to help people celebrate beautifully without going broke — and yes, to help provide for our own families while we’re at it. No shame in that.

What your day-of coordinator actually does
This is the role people book last and appreciate most — for weddings and any other event. On the day, you and your family shouldn’t be fielding vendor calls or hunting for a cable — that’s our job.
- Build and finalize your day-of timeline, minute by minute, in the two weeks before
- Confirm every vendor’s arrival time, contact, and load-in plan ahead of time
- Supervise setup — florals, decor, rentals, seating — against your final layout
- Keep the timeline moving and quietly cue your event party, DJ or band, and caterer
- Be the single point of contact for every vendor and guest question, so you and your family aren’t
- Handle unexpected hiccups on the spot — a late vendor, a torn hem, a seating mix-up — without pulling you away from your day
- Carry the emergency kit — safety pins, stain wipes, a spare phone charger, all of it
- Manage breakdown, coordinate rental pickups, and handle vendor payouts/tips at the end of the night

Do you only do weddings?+
Not at all. Weddings are a big part of what we do, but our florals, add-ons, and planning packages also cover corporate events, birthdays, showers, retirements, celebrations of life, and community events across the GTA. Just tell us what you’re planning.
What areas do you actually serve?+
Toronto and the surrounding GTA — Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Brampton, Oakville, and everywhere in between. Outside that range, ask us — we sometimes travel for the right event.
Why do prices say “starting at”?+
Because guest counts and flower choices change the total, and we’d rather give you an honest range than a fake flat rate we pad later. Every proposal is itemized so you see exactly why the number moved.
Can we book florals without planning?+
Absolutely. Florals, add-ons, planning, and day-of coordination can each be booked on their own. Bundling just saves you 10%, it’s never required.
What’s the difference between Day-Of and Month-Of coordination?+
Day-Of covers your event itself — timeline, vendors, setup, and breakdown, from a couple weeks out. Month-Of includes all of that plus an earlier start, full vendor confirmations, and a timeline we build together over the final month before your event.
How far in advance should we book?+
For florals, 6–9 months out is ideal, especially for peak season (June–September). Day-of coordination can be booked as late as 2 weeks before your event, budget permitting.
What does “Ontario-grown” actually mean here?+
We source from local growers and farms whenever your date’s blooms allow it — check the Bloom Calendar above. When something’s out of season, we’ll say so and price any imported stems separately.
